This is my happy place. If ever I need a change of pace or to recenter myself (they have a Zen Den) I can be found here. Food, service and atmosphere come together to give you a warm, comfortable space to read and enjoy. I haven't had anything that I didn't absolutely love. Overnight oats and the salted maple capp are my faves but the cortado or perhaps an Americano will brighten your day. Plenty of outlets if you need a quick charge and ample seating to accommodate everyone. Parking is tricky so make sure you are in a properly marked spot (not the resident parking). Look for the C to make sure you are in the right place.
Grounding makes me feel like I am home. I adore the coffee here and I'll definitely be coming back over and over once I move. The gentleman was beyond kind and gave me his advice. By far one of my favorite local shops to just sit down and relax with a nice hot/cold cup of coffee. The man seemed genuinely happy to have such a kind community supporting this company. Give them your support whether you're driving through town or a local, they definitely deserve the love.

This has become my absolute favorite spot. It’s not your typical coffee shop—it’s so so much better! Their dedication to quality, from sourcing ingredients to meticulous preparation, is truly unmatched! They offer top-quality single-origin coffee along with an array of natural sweeteners like raw honey, maple syrup, molasses and more! If you prefer overly sugary, processed coffee drinks with an assortment of artificial ingredients, this might not be the place for you. However, I’m thrilled to have discovered a local spot that is doing it right and I’m more than happy to pay a little extra for such outstanding quality. Kudos to the owner team for caring about our health and our experience! Additionally, the atmosphere is a 10/10!
I love going to this coffee shop. I thought I was a coffee snob, but Kris has me beat. This has really brought the best tasting coffee and drinks into my life. The scones are amazing, too. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The Cafe is in an amazing, old brick building. When he and his wife had it built out, they had it done in a really industrial feel, keeping it looking and feeling historical. Lots of wood that's burned and finished to give it an aged look, exposed beams, it is a very beautiful environment. On Tuesday night, they have a games night. They not only offer traditional Cafe items but also have coffee brewing items, scales, and all the Grounding Swag you need. Tee shirts, knit hats, which I wear and its so comfortable and warm. When you go, park around the back in spots with a 'C' marking, for Cafe. The building next to it is the old furniture factory, I think, but it's luxury apartments now. They did a phenomenal job here, I love my time in this Cafe.
Grounding is such a beautiful and peaceful gem! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee. The space is thoughtfully designed, with calming decor that makes you want to stay a while. One of the things that really sets Grounding apart is their yoga room such a unique and mindful touch. Whether you’re stopping by for a quiet moment, catching up with a friendly , this place truly lives up to its name. Highly recommended!
I went to a private party for music. The place was very quaint, with Industrial design, brick walls, simple small tables and chairs for two. Free music. Coffee and tea were available.
It’s hard to pick which I love more: the coffee or the atmosphere! I had two lattes. One sweetened with maple and another molasses! I love that they weren’t overly sweet so you could enjoy the quality of the espresso. It would be a perfect space to get some work done, meet a friend, or read. There are many seating options! And tons of locally made goods!
